STORE POLICY

Policy: In order to minimize the risk to the health of any plant/tree, we require that you to contact us within 5-business days of receiving your order. Live plants will be in a more vulnerable state after going through shipping, therefore they will require urgency. While this policy primarily applies to plants, it applies to all of our products. This ensures that you are receiving a quality product in a timely manner. We only ask that you send us a message within 5-business days. So long as you meet this policy, we will work to process your request.

Returns: We accept returns if you are not satisfied with your order. We will send you a free shipping label to attach to your package for return. If you are returning a bonsai, we would appreciate it very much if you ensure the tree is properly hydrated and repackaged before shipping it back. Your refund will be processed upon the return's arrival. Please note that we a 25% of the product's original price will be deducted as a restocking fee.

Replacements: We take pride in all of our orders. In the unlikely event that your order has arrived damaged, we will send you a replacement order at no extra charge upon receiving confirmation of your product's condition. We may ask for you to upload an image of the product's damaged state.

Exchanges: We do not accept exchanges at this time. However, you may submit a return and purchase a new item at any time.
